(1) Maintenance of Steel Arch Support
1, Steel Arch Support maintenance generally has to change 1 leg, 2 legs, shed beam and all replacement several construction.
2. When changing one leg:
(1) First hit a temporary pillar in the vicinity of the broken leg, and replace the damaged shed leg to support the original beam.
(2) Pull the wood on the top beam, and brake the brakes to prevent the top beam from sliding.
(3) Carefully handle large pieces of pumice and floating coal.
(4) Excavation roadway gang (if it is not deformed, this work may not be performed).
(5) Dig the column and replace the new leg.
(6) After the replacement, the gap between the bracket and the top sill must be tight and backed.
(7) Install a strong struts or tie rods between the brackets.
3. When changing 2 legs:
(1) First hit a temporary pillar in the vicinity of the original shed legs of the two gangs, replace the damaged shed legs, or use the lifting shed to support the top beam.
(2) The rest of the method is the same as when replacing one leg, but you must change one leg first and then another one leg.
(3) If the height of the roadway is not enough, you can refer to the operation methods such as “replace all brackets” and “support workers”.
(4) After the replacement, the gap between the bracket and the top sill must be tight and backed.
(5) Install a strong struts or tie rods between the brackets.
